Learning Tree School, in addition to traditional techniques, adopts a similar method of learning in accordance to the Montessori philosophy.

Learning through understanding. The children go through a process of self-learning. Children are encouraged to do things themselves and are encouraged to innovate. |

They learn to socialise with other children and build their intellectual development. |

The children learn fine and gross motor skills and the concept of materialistics. They learn to read and write in English and Malay. |

Each class consists of a small group of children, supervised by a teacher. Individual attention is given to each child and he/her is allowed to proceed at his/her own pace. There is respect for each child's particular developmental needs. |
The teaching curriculum follows the Brunei Government national curriculum.
