Learning Tree School, in addition to traditional techniques, adopts a similar method of learning in accordance to the Montessori philosophy.

| The children learn fine and gross motor skills and the concept of materialistics. They learn to read and write in English and Malay. | |
| Each class consists of a small group of children, supervised by a teacher. Individual attention is given to each child and he/her is allowed to proceed at his/her own pace. There is respect for each child's particular developmental needs. |
The teaching curriculum follows the Brunei Government national curriculum.
